In An Instant is based in Sydney, however travelling is always on the cards! For all bookings outside of Sydney we also charge for travel costs, and if you’re out in woop woop somewhere, accommodation costs to cover the night.
The Halo & GIF Booth uses an iPad, photo booth app & ring light to take all the snaps, whilst the Studio & Polaroid Booth is like your own private photo shoot. Professional studio lighting & professional photographers to capture you at your most glorious ;)
The GIF Booth is pure GIFS & Boomerangs, all digital baby! If you're after unlimited prints, then the Halo Booth is your package!
Our Halo Booth takes up about 2m x 2m of space, and our Studio and Polaroid booths take up roughly 3m x 3m; this includes the backdrop, one table, studio light & props. We have squeezed into smaller spaces though!
We'll arrive before your event to set up, we need about 2 hours max. to install. We don't kick off your package until your official opening time ;)
We offer unlimited prints baby!* Woo! If there are 5 guests in the photo, we'll print out 5 photo's. If you have a guestbook we'll make sure to print an extra copy for that bad boy too, and encourage your guests to stick that in the book and even write a cheeky message.

On the night we take a Polaroid and digital for every shot. It’s your call as to whether you keep each Polaroid for yourself, let your guests have them or have us take two Polaroids for every shot. Whatever keeps everyone happy! The digital images will be available to view post event in an online gallery + delivered to you on a USB stick.

Yep! Once the photo’s have been uploaded to the online gallery, your username and password will be emailed to you, feel free to share this with your family and friends.
A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking and the remaining amount will be issued within a month of your event.
