Our photo booths are a space where you’re free to just be. It’s a microcosm of dress ups, unlimited prints, imagination and clumsy collaboration. It’s a wonderland of colour and chaos, commotion and countdowns.
We're also party professionals, specialising in art direction, we’ll tell you if that pink sequined cowboy hat is on backwards, demonstrate our recommended pose, or hold down the fort while your favourite song comes on and you take a quick hiatus to the d-floor (again).
There’s two options here at In An Instant - the Studio Booth and the Halo Booth. Let’s check in:
Halo Booth
For autonomy and free-reign shenanigans, our Halo Booth uses an iPad, plus a ring light, to chuck you in the creative director’s seat. You can go wild on the socials, make GIFS, integrate bold branding and chuck in some cool custom templates. There’s only one rule: there are no rules.
Studio Booth
Studio is super slick and profesh, with — you guessed it — studio lighting, a print attendant (the chaperone that makes sure your one mate doesn’t pocket all the pics) and a photographer on standby. It’s all fashion shoot-esque and a bit of a reverie for all the cover girls and cover boys out there.
Press your booth prints in between book pages, plaster them on your fridge, squish them under your phone case or frame them for perennial admiration. Keep ‘em close and keep ‘em forever, so the party never really ends.
jess & seb
Just the slightest murmur of a party and we’re there. We are Jess Pace and Seb Alvarez, and we take photos.
Good photos. Memorable photos. Digital, Polaroid, mental photos. Flipping fantastic photos of people wearing outlandish props and laughing themselves sober.
In An Instant was drummed up in 2008 when Jess accidentally entirely excelled at setting up a mini photo shoot for a friend’s birthday. Like party ninja’s, Jess & Seb began to transform parties and events, making them POP with an added explosion of fun. The business launched at The Finders Keepers Market and they've been having a hard time loving their work sick ever since.
Seb’s a funny guy, just ask him. Or anyone. His dad’s jokes are renowned, his record collection enviable and his ability to talk shit on cue, admirable. Jess loves making pom poms, coffee (obviously), raw chocolate cake and making people’s party dreams a reality. Together we ride bikes, take adventures, go skating and laugh our way from event to event.
